Global Water Control Systems \u2013 Geldrop<\/strong><\/h3>

Are you ready to help build the water transition? Global Water Control Systems develops smart, mechanical and modular water retention systems that protect cities, buildings and landscapes against flooding, drought and heat stress. We make water management visible, understandable and applicable \u2014 for municipalities, construction companies, water boards and building and land owners.<\/p>

We are growing fast and are looking for a HBO intern Backoffice & Digital Media<\/strong> who will help us make our message powerful, clear and visible.<\/p>

Your work<\/strong><\/h3>

Je werkt mee aan zowel backoffice- als communicatietaken en vervult een belangrijke rol in onze digitale zichtbaarheid en klantopvolging. Jij helpt ons om bewustwording te vergroten \u00e9n om onze technische oplossingen helder te positioneren.<\/p>

Jouw taken:<\/strong><\/h3>

Digitale media & campagnes<\/strong><\/p>

  • Opzetten, inplannen en monitoren van (online) campagnes.<\/li>
  • Wekelijkse posts en visuele updates plaatsen op LinkedIn, website, X en andere kanalen<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Meedenken over content rondom waterbeheer, klimaatadaptatie, projecten en innovaties.<\/li>
  • Analyseren van campagne\u2013 en websitecijfers en rapportages maken.<\/li><\/ul>

    Backoffice ondersteuning<\/strong><\/p>

    • Organiseren en up-to-date houden van klantinformatie, leads en projectgegevens.<\/li>
    • Voorbereiden van presentaties, factsheets en projectupdates.<\/li>
    • Ondersteuning bij klantcommunicatie, offertevoorbereiding en dataverwerking.<\/li>
    • Meebouwen aan een duidelijke en effici\u00ebnte interne informatie- en documentatiestroom.<\/li><\/ul>

      Bewustwording & educatie<\/strong><\/p>

      • Helpen bij het ontwikkelen van simpele, begrijpelijke content voor gebouw- en grondeigenaren.<\/li>
      • Vertalen van complexe waterbeheer-informatie naar heldere posts, visuals en infographics.<\/li><\/ul>

        Een enthousiaste, zelfstandige HBO-student die hart heeft voor duurzaamheid, communicatie en organisatie.<\/p>

        Jij bent iemand die:<\/strong><\/h3>
        • Interesse heeft in duurzaamheid, water, techniek of stedelijke ontwikkeling.<\/li>
        • Gestructureerd werkt en graag overzicht bewaart.<\/li>
        • Creatief is met tekst, beeld en digitale media.<\/li>
        • Proactief meedenkt en zelf idee\u00ebn aandraagt.<\/li>
        • Het leuk vindt om zowel communicatief als organisatorisch bezig te zijn.<\/li><\/ul>

          Opleidingen kunnen o.a. zijn:
          Communicatie, Commerci\u00eble Economie, Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Office Management, Facility, Built Environment<\/strong> of vergelijkbaar.<\/p>
